Introducing Operate As: client access for agencies, in one link

Every agency we talked to told us the same story. Building the automation takes an afternoon. Getting the client's access takes a week.

It goes like this. You ask for a login. The client sends a password over WhatsApp. The 2FA code expires before you can use it. They signed in with the wrong Google account. Someone needs to be an admin. Then, a month later, the workflow quietly stops, and it starts again.

Today we're launching Operate As to end that. You send your client one link. They connect their tools in about two minutes, and your AI agents, n8n workflows and code get straight to work in their accounts.

Why we built it

AI agents changed what an agency can deliver. One agent can chase overdue invoices, build a client's monthly report or pause ad keywords that bring in no leads. But an agent is only as useful as the accounts it can reach, and reaching a client's accounts has always been the slowest, most awkward part of the job.

Agencies told us they were storing client passwords in shared docs, building developer apps that expired every seven days, and booking calls just to share a screen. None of that is safe to hand to an agent, and none of it scales past a handful of clients.

So we set out to make getting access the easy part.

How it works

1. Add a client and select the services you need. Google Sheets, Stripe, HubSpot, Slack, or any of thousands of others. Copy their link.
2. Your client opens the link. They save a passkey with Face ID or a fingerprint, press Connect, and sign in on each service's own screen, or paste a key with step-by-step help. There's no account to make and no password to share.
3. You get an email the moment they're done. Your agents and workflows can start right away.

Every permission reads as a plain sentence, like "Read and edit the spreadsheets you choose", so clients know exactly what they're agreeing to. The same link lets them check what's connected and remove anything at any time.

How we're different

Built for agencies and their clients. Access-request tools give your team a seat in a client's account, which still leaves a person logging in each week. Agent tool platforms are built for your own accounts, so asking each client to connect becomes a project for your developers. Operate As does both jobs: clients connect in one link, and your agents use that access from day one.

Your agents never hold a client's secrets. Each agent gets its own key, limited to the clients, services and actions its job needs. When it makes a call, we attach the client's access on our server. Passwords and tokens never reach the agent, so even a tricked model has nothing worth taking. Keys can be short-lived and locked to your servers, every call is logged, and you can revoke a key at any time.

Access that stays alive. We renew access before it runs out and check every connection daily. If a client's access ends, you hear about it by email and in your dashboard, and the client reconnects from the same link.

Use it however you build. Point Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor or your own agent at our MCP server. Use the Operate As node in n8n, call the HTTPS API, or use the Python, TypeScript and Go libraries. One key works for all of them.
